AIR FREIGHT SHIPMENTS.

Weekly flights to and from Major destinations, we clear shipments coming in

Tanzania connecting from our neighbouring international airports like Nairobi

& Entebbe to Mwanza Airport and Dar es salaam International Airport, using

our Mwanza and Dar es salaam office branches. Mostly clearing individual /

personal cargo and Mining companies’ cargo.

ROAD FREIGHT SHIPMENTS.

We have experience of more that five years clearing importation coming

through Tanzania borders. We have been clearing a lot of shipments coming

in to the country through different borders like, Kenyan Tanzania border

(SIRARI),Uganda Tanzanian border of (MTUKULA),Rwandan / DRC / Burundi

Tanzanian border or ( RUSUMO) Kenya Tanzania border of (HOLILI) going

through Moshi / Arusha, Kenya Tanzania border of ( HOROHORO) going

through Tanga / Dar es salaam. Zambia Tanzania border of (TUNDUMA) and

Malawi Tanzania border of (KASUMULO).

We clear all shipments coming by road through Tanzania borders from Mombasa

Kenya via Sirari border, coming from southern part of Africa through

Tunduma and Kasumulo ( Zambia / Malawi Tanzania borders), coming from

central African countries like Rwanda, Burundi and DRC through Tanzanian

borders of (Mtukula & Rusumo).

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ON IMPORTS.
CARGOWORX will require the following documents prior the arrival of the
shipment, for processing of customs documentations and applying of necessary
Import permits from government authorities.

AIRFREIGHT SHIPMENTS.

• Airway bill
(which will clearly indicates CARGOWORX as notified clearing agent) 

        • Supplier’s invoice.
Note: These documents will be required at least two working days prior the
arrival of the shipment.

ROADFREIGHT SHIPMENTS.
• Bill of Lading
(For the shipments coming by sea then road freight to Tanzania, like
the ones coming from Mombassa port or Dar es salaam port)

• Road Consignment Note
( For the shipments originating from any country coming direct to
Tanzania by roadfreight, like from Zambia,SA etc)

• Supplier’s Invoice.
Note: These will be required atleast one week before shipment’s arrival at
the borders, to provide enough time for documentations.

AIR FREIGHT SHIPMENT

We forward shipments by Air, depending on connections to other destinations

through Nairobi Airport and Entebbe; we have one flight weekly, which operates

on Wednesdays from Mwanza to Nairobi and Entebbe, where we get connections

to any destination in the world.

We help our clients on Customs documentations and necessary export permits

required by the government of Tanzania, like certificate of origin, export permits

for sand or vegetation samples and all other specialized documentations

can also be completed on behalf of clients.

ROAD FREIGHT SHIPMENTS.

We do export clearance on shipments going to any destination across African

continent or within Africa through Tanzania borders mentioned above, we have

branches and counterparts that we are working shoulder to shoulder with, to

make all the logistics and documentations processed fast hence making sure

that all government requirements, necessary documents and procedures are

completed.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR EXPORTS.

CARGOWORX will require the following documentations on processing customs

export documentations and application of other necessary export permits

from government authorities.

AIRFREIGHT EXPORT SHIPMENTS.
  • Export Invoice (To be provided by the client, must state the exportation
reason, like Temporary for repair, permanently returning to supplier or
wrongly supplied returning to supplier).                                            
     • Air waybill (To be provided by the Agent / Forwarder, will require weight
        of the cargo, dimensions, number of packages or pieces, transit / connection
 point).                                                                                              
 • Export permits / Certificate of origin ( To be advised if applicable, will
be processed by CARGOWORX)                                                    

ROADFREIGHT EXPORT SHIPMENTS.
          • Export Invoice (To be provided by the client, must state exportation reason,
whether temporary or permanent, for repair, returning to supplier  
after temporary importation, wrongly supplied).                          
     • Road Consignments Note (To be provided by the Agent / Transporter,  
    declaring weight of the shipment, number of packages, driver’s name,
                 truck number, invoice number, description of goods, supplier and consignee,  
 destination of the cargo)                                                                    

  • Export Permits (Only if applicable).                                                    
Note: The documents will be required atleast two days before departure of the    
shipment.
